1. Service Description

Korabit ("the Service") is an AI-powered platform that provides informational analysis of peer-to-peer (P2P) cryptocurrency markets across African countries, including Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Tanzania, Rwanda, Cameroon, and South Africa.

The Service offers:

• Live P2P market price data from major exchanges
• AI-powered analysis of buy/sell opportunities
• Cross-border arbitrage opportunity identification
• Mobile money fee calculations and spread analysis
• Chat-based interaction with a specialized AI trading advisor

The Service is provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go basis. Access requires purchasing credits to fund AI conversations. A free trial of 5 messages is provided to new users before payment is required.

2. Not Financial Advice

The information provided by Korabit is strictly for informational purposes. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No content constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice
• Past performance of any market or strategy is not indicative of future results
• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• Any trading decisions you make are solely your own responsibility
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data
• You should conduct your own due diligence before executing any trade

3. Payment & Refunds

Pricing: The standard account activation fee is $50 USD, which provides approximately 500+ AI trading advisory conversations. Additional credits can be purchased starting from $10 USD.

Credit Usage: Credits are deducted per AI conversation based on the volume of text processed (input and output tokens). Credit costs are calculated transparently and displayed after each interaction.

Non-Refundable Used Credits: Credits that have been consumed through AI interactions are non-refundable. Once a credit is used to generate a response, it cannot be recovered.

Refund Policy for Unused Credits: Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original payment date
• The credits have not been used for any AI interactions
• The request is made via email to support@imaradigital.com
• The original payment can be identified and verified

Credits do not expire and have no time-based limitations on their use.

4. Account Rules

By creating an account, you agree to the following rules:

• One account per person: Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared with others
• No account sharing: Sharing login credentials with other individuals, whether commercial or otherwise, is strictly prohibited
• No automation abuse: Automated bots, scripts, or tools that artificially inflate usage are prohibited
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful registration information and keep it up to date
• Legal use only: The Service must not be used for any illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud

Suspension & Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found to be in violation of these rules without prior notice. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, unused credits may be forfeited.

5. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data. Here is what we collect and how we use it:

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Korabit and its operators, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses: Any financial losses incurred as a result of trading decisions made based on information from this Service
• Inaccurate data: Losses arising from inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete market data
• AI errors: Losses resulting from incorrect or misleading AI-generated analysis
• Service interruptions: Losses due to downtime, technical failures, or unavailability of the Service
• Indirect damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
